Why do some women seem to almost gleefully tear down other females when they are not around? I have personally witnessed this phenomenon many times & I have become aware that it happens with so many women! I have noticed too, that they appear to be very nice to another woman's face (even sweet) but, the moment the other women leaves, the criticism, put-downs & gossiping begins. I think they call that two-faced. I have become quite concerned about this!

It is like these women find it necessary to be constantly bringing that other woman down a peg or two. This also usually means that they will hate it when they see their target succeed! Could jealousy be the root cause here? Or is it simply maliciousness? What really is it that drives females to do this? Sometimes they will go precariously further & start baseless and vicious rumors.

Their victim will be singled out to be persecuted. Predictably, that person's reputation must also become tainted in some way. Better yet - ruined! So the lies & rumors begin. It is important to know, that even if that often innocent person, who is constantly being run down to anyone who will listen, may never be even aware of what has been said, the perpetrator is totally unaware, that it is SHE who will suffer the most - from all that negative karma!

Some unfortunate women (who are usually a little lacking in the way of spiritual things), are never quite aware that what they do is not only downright toxic & spiteful but, at the total expense of a fellow sister. EVERY negative thing that a woman will ever say about another, every negative action that she takes, will travel out into the universe, & then, without fail - ricochet directly back to HER. This especially applies to those venomous women who are disposed to seek revenge over a slight - real or imagined. Their actions come back threefold!

We are each faced with choices. One of these being the particular code of conduct that we will choose to live by. We are given the choice to decide what kind of person it is that we want to be. Every one of our thoughts, words & deeds are chosen by us & create our environment. This would mean that hurting another person behind their back is not only your personal choice - but, a choice that will ultimately have a negative consequence.

Beware of any thing - positive or negative - that you are 'sending out.' Be rest assured, it will be coming straight back to you in some shape or form! Negative energy & vibes are always going out into the quantum field (even those mean thoughts that are running around in your mind.) These are creating more of the same & that created energy will sooner or later come heading DIRECTLY BACK TO YOU.

Why do women decide it is okay to HATE a woman simply because she is attractive or worse - beautiful?! They couldn't care less for the fact that they may be looking at a woman who is in reality, kind & good hearted. This kind of situation reminds me of the movie 'Malena'. Malena, the heroine, was an extraordinarily pretty war widow. In fact, she was DROP DEAD GORGEOUS. It was probably inevitable that every woman in Sicily would start gossiping about her. Their envy caused them to become MALICIOUS towards her, to the actual point of physical attack. It was plain to see that they wished to even DESTROY her
completely.

Have you noticed that when a woman you know notices an obviously attractive female, whether in real life or on TV – that she must find something about her looks to criticize? This criticism doesn't just apply to the pretty girls. There will be the down to earth & plain girl, who can become a target. Women will proceed to nastily scrutinize her too, passing judgments on her hair, face, figure & clothes! This behavior usually begins in real earnest at high school age & often extends WELL BEYOND. Why aren't we UNITING together as women & choosing to support each other? Why aren't we helping to build each other up instead of tearing each other down?

I believe that gossiping is one of the worst types of betrayal between women. There are valid reasons why certain individuals are driven to keep carrying on like this. The prime motivators are jealousy, rivalry, fear & low self-esteem. There is also usually something about their chosen target that makes them feel threatened & invokes insecurity. They often sense that their target has something that is lacking in them. This is the main reason that they feel compelled to bring her down as well as exclude & isolate her.

I also believe that some women see gossiping as this kind of perverse 'bonding' thing. This is almost laughable as nothing could be further from the truth! Don't they realize that the reality is, if someone is gossiping to you about another behind her back, then the gossiper is - as inevitable as the sun will rise tomorrow - gossiping about YOU behind your back? It may also be important to realize that these gossiping types have a tendency to become the most judgmental & bitterest of women.

DON'T buy into it! Rise against this extremely destructive behavior & refuse to be part of it. It may feel hard at first to remain neutral. But, the next time a 'friend' or acquaintance starts gossiping, why don't you ignore it & even dare to promptly change the subject?! This person will perhaps get the hint & maybe even feel a little remorse about themselves later. Or maybe not!

Don't be surprised if this new action on your part may cause the gossiper to start targeting on YOU. You will be able to laugh in the face of it all though, when you know the REAL reasons that they do it! If you look at a clique of women - there will always be jealousy & competition. Gossiping is devaluing to women as a whole.

I have end by saying - if you don't have anything nice to say about someone, then why not choose to say nothing at all? Why waste your valuable & precious time gossiping - or even listening to gossip - with these nasty & catty women? (And they say women are supposed to be born caring, sensitive & nurturing - as well as keep life full of love?)

Early Pregnancy Symptoms

If you have been trying to get pregnant, or think you might be as they say “in the family way”, there are many ways beyond missing your period to start detecting early symptoms of pregnancy, and they all depend on listening to your body.

Early pregnancy symptoms can be both physical and emotional, and most occur to women early on in pregnancy, usually within the first couple of weeks. Usually pregnancy is signaled by a missed period, but you could already be three or four weeks into being pregnant by the time this happens. A better method for the early detection of pregnancy is to listen to your body. More often that not, symptoms will start to occur as early as a few days after conception, and will more than likely imitate the signs of menstruation. You might start to feel tired all the time, or maybe even nauseous, or you might feel like you have to urinate more than normal.

With most women, the early stages of pregnancy are noticeable by the fact that their breasts might feel swollen or tender, the expecting mother might also have a constant headache, or might bleed a little, as well. Mood swings are also common and this is why women usually rely on a missed period as a pregnancy indicator, since these symptoms usually occur monthly during a period cycle, which is why they're often overlooked as a sign of early pregnancy. In other cases some women might also feel like they're coming down with the flu.

Bleeding happens as part of the early stage known as Implementation, or when the egg becomes fertilized and attaches to the lining of the uterus. But this early bleeding usually stops within a shorter time than a normal period, and it is usually spotty. This spotting can be as early as ten days after becoming pregnant, but not all women bleed and not all women miss a period. For that reason, if you have been trying to get pregnant but are still having periods, it's a good idea to get tested anyway regardless of nagging thoughts, just as a precaution.

Another subtle sign of early pregnancy might be an aversion to certain types of food or smells that trigger nausea, or a sudden craving for certain types of food, especially sweet or salty types of foods should be noticed and taken under consideration. Constipation can also occur early on in pregnancy, and is often the result of an increased level of progesterone which makes food digest more slowly through the intestines.

If you think you might be pregnant, review whether or not you've been having any of these symptoms within the last week or two. The body often changes in ways that are just subtle enough to be missed by women that are used to menstruation symptoms and its cycle, so it is important to raise your awareness of early pregnancy symptoms by focusing on these warning signs. Getting tested for pregnancy at the first signs can ensure that a consistent program of prenatal care is put in place for the health of you and the baby.

The use oil-based contraceptive lubricants also have similar effects.

Menopause is another reason for their susceptibility. When a woman is getting older, her estrogen level drops, which will make the vaginal wall become thinner. The moment that vaginal wall becomes thinner; the vagina will be susceptible to a lot of infections other than yeast infection.

Not everything can be controlled. There are factors which are part of the normal process of a woman’s body that is making them susceptible to yeast infection. All one has to do is just treat the infection immediately. After all, it is quite treatable.

Are Women Really This Dumb?

You have probably seen the TV commercial for Brinks Home Security:

A young woman home alone is running on a treadmill in front of a large picture window. It's dark outside and in the darkness a couple of menacing looking characters are eying their prey on the treadmill. Predictably, they break into the house. The alarm scares them away.

What's wrong with that picture?

What's wrong is that there are no curtains, blinds or shades on the window. You can't see into the darkness but anyone in the darkness can see into the well lit room. Is the young woman stupid, or what?

Would most women close the blinds, pull the shades or drapes when running on a treadmill or while just doing nothing, for that matter? I'm not so sure. Women have been sold a bill of goods when it comes to personal safety. It goes like this: You can dress or behave however you like. It doesn't give anyone a license to harm you. I get it, and I agree. But common sense says it's smart to deal with reality. In the real world, the intruders in the commercial could have done real damage and been long gone before (if) the police arrived.

Are women really that dumb when it comes to personal safety?

Some women really are that dumb. By dumb, I mean lacking common sense.

How often have you been at the supermarket and seen women leave their purse unattended in a shopping cart while they peruse the shelves? A friend who should have known better had her purse stolen while grocery shopping. She was so engrossed in reading labels that she didn't realize someone had zipped by her cart and grabbed her purse. It was found in a trash can outside of the store. The thief took only money; she was lucky her credit cards were not gone. I asked her why she left her purse unattended. She was annoyed by the question. "Well, we live in a safe area" was her reply. This is a woman with a college education and a responsible job, but short on common sense.

You've seen women, young and not so young, appear before Judge Judy trying to recoup money "loaned" to some creep not worth the time of the day let alone the money "loaned". Yes, I know, times have changed. Women have been liberated out of any sense of personal responsibility and common sense.

It used to be that women had more smarts than to deliberately put themselves and their belongings in jeopardy. They didn't give money to men and if they needed a roommate, they didn't invite someone they bailed out of jail to move in with them. What has gone wrong?

Plenty. Too much to get into here. But basically, women are confused about how to behave in an increasingly rude, crude, and often dangerous world. Women trust beyond all reason. They generously dish out sex, yearning for love that seldom materializes. In the name of freedom they invite and allow abuse.

It's sad that you can't chastise women for behaving like idiots. If you do, you are being mean and judgmental. After all, women are free to do whatever they choose to do. Unfortunately, that freedom is often an illusion and what is perceived as freedom can have unexpected and unwelcome consequences.

Judging by the number of women don't have enough sense to protect their personal safety and belongings, it appears common sense has gone the way of the dodo bird. But somehow I suspect that even a dumb dodo bird would not ignore its' most basic survival instincts and choose to flaunt its presence in front of possible predators. On the other hand, maybe the dumb dodo bird, reveling in it's perceived freedom would do just that and that's why it's extinct.

But of course, I could be wrong. :-)
